India Taxi Online — Scamming people and not returning the paid advance payment

We had booked a tempo traveller from India Taxi Online to Travel from Noida on 9th of April, 2022. For the rented vehicle, the received quote was of Rs.25, 000 and an advance of Rs.5000 was paid online. (A mail confirmation for the same was also received)
On 8th of April, Mr.Jha from India Taxi Online had called us to inform that the tempo traveller would not be available. Ever since, we have been following up for our refund but the concerned do not respond.
Once, when they had picked the phone, they used abusive language and had challenged us to lodge a compliant.
