Hi
I ordered a bouquet and a pack of dryfruits on mothers' day for which i paid the entire amount online. However my mom received only the bouquet that too not the one which i ordered and without the dry fruit basket.
I raised a complaint on may 8th in indiatimes and the case id is :2798824.
Till today, i received only calls from indiatimes regarding the product and the follow up emails. But so far after 10 days of logging the complaint their is no result shown. They just ask me to keep patience... Till when?? When i would really forget about this and they can mint money and make me fool. Not sure with how many people they play with their hard earned money... And finally will harass to the level the person will stop following up.
It's all their fault and i am been harassed for. Why???

Please take appropriate action against indiatimes and make them deliver the half part of the order asap without fail.
All these online folks are minting money by harassing people and eating out their money. Pathetic...

      I ordered for two products: 1 tyre inflator cum compressor and 2 windshield cleaner. The first product was not shipped at all, when i opened the package it didn't contain the product. The shipment for the second product contained an old scratchy headphone instead of the windshield cleaner.

      I lodged a case reporting these issues. The customer service closed the case citing absurd reasons.

      They are the most corrupt e-commerce platform running today. Shame on them

            I have purchased a pest control machine & my order ID is [protected]. M not satisfied with the product and therefore submit a replacement request as than that product is taken back by the co. And it is said by the company that you receive your product max. By 13 feb 16 But till today I didn't receive my true product all time when I call customer care they told that request is being forwarded but no response from India time . this company is totally seems an fraud company, it seems u consider people to be illiterate but you dnt take so much easy as m very disappointed by the company and I have spend my very much precious time to talk to you very politely, but now I think to file an PIL against the company in consumer Court if I do not receive my money refunded or my true product, this is last warning for you .

                I have purchased a product which is having quality issue.Hence I returned it within the return date.Its received at their end even I showed them proof of delivery.I called them every alternate day but they are just playing with me.They only update my complaint no. but no proper action not even a single return call from their side.
                This is happening since last 10-12 days.Now its been so irritating for me.

                  I contact your Customer Care immediately They told me to upload photo of broken part only threw mail that I had already send . On 2.02.16 I talked to cc they told me that they will let me know the status letter on today when I talk to cc they telling me as you did not received your call ( I didn't get any call from their end)& did not send the photo graph of packing box your time is over. what is this ? why they did not mailed me about their requirement? I need my money back

                        I had placed an order 3 weeks ago and they shipped the wrong product, hence i returned it and asked for a refund .since then i have been calling them everyday for 3 weeks and i still have no solution.every time i have called then all i get is the "hold music " or please give us some time .i have given them enough time and everything that they need.I not only have no product but also have no money and since its a paid line that i have to call i have done that everyday

                                I ordered a bangle (size 2.4) from Indiatimes shopping but they sent the wrong size (2.8) and when I said to cancel the order and refund the amount, they kept on making different excuses and finally when I did whatever they said, they refuse to refund saying that now its outside the timeline. I dont understand from where the question comes about finished timeline. Its not my change of mind. Only because they sent the wrong item, I simply asked for the refund.

I have submit complain and returned the product by DTDC. And call their customer care, now they give me the status the product is incomplete received by them. But DTDC say the weight of send and delivered product was same. India shoping cant help me about the replacement.
