I do my transaction dhani cashback card registered mobile no [protected] of rs 1335 at 11:30 around on 12 August 2021 to pay my college fee. The fee submit through eazypay icici bank gateway. This had been failed but my money Debited from my dhani cashback card. So that I mailed the icici bank gateway to confirm they received it or not. The reply me after investigation transaction has been failed. Please contact your bank.. I attached mail received by ICICI bank and transaction I'D where it show decline of the transaction.
