IndiaBulls — 8 days to go but amount is not refund by dhani indiabull

I do my transaction of rs 1335 at 11:30 around on 12 August 2021 from dhani cashback card registered mobile no. [protected] to pay my college fee. The fee submit through eazypay icici bank gateway.

This had been failed but my money Debited from my dhani cashback card.
So that I mailed the icici bank gateway to confirm they received it or not. The reply me after investigation transaction has been failed. Please contact your bank..

I attached mail received by ICICI bank and transaction I'D where it show decline of the transaction. I have to request to you please initiate the refund as soon as possible.
