[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Amount deducted but did not received refund for the same | |
I did a Transaction on 22nd of June 2021 on MobiKwik which was a failed transaction so they refunded the amount quickly they also emailed me that they have refunded the amount and it will show source account but when I checked Dhani it was showing that the amount is credited but I cannot see in my card or a transaction area so I called the customer service they replied me that they amount in 5 to 6 working days its okay but on 23rd of June Dhani requested me for the first EMI of that amount which I have never used I should I be the EMI of that amount which I have never used please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take any action against the company!
