I wish to bring to your attention a problem which arose due to your staff inefficiency in processing my emi forms to electronic payment. I am writing to you to complain about accountability of your employees in the property which i have taken loan from your bank (Ref above). I have taken from your bank as per ref no. I have submitted electronic forms (Given two times) for automatic deduction from my vijaya bank, msrit branch salary account. Every time different employees from the bank approached me and took cheques in lieu of electronic form mentioning that some problem with my bank. Once your employee met and i requested him to come to vijaya bank, msrit branch. He realised that the mistake was not with our bank Was this information helpful? | |||
