[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Debited amount from Dhani wallet not transferred to bank account | |
On 3/08/2021, I had made a transfer of Rs. 1500 from my dhani pay wallet to a bank account. The amount was debited but the same has not been credited to the bank account even after 2 days. The company says that the amount will be transferred in 4-5 hours. These transactions are done with a sense o[censored]rgency. If this is the duration taken by the company then why even bother to operate a bank transfer service. Its my sincere request to transfer the debited amount as early as possible otherwise I would be free to take a legal recourse for the same. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.
