Indiabulls Dhani — Delete of my account

They provide me wrong information during offering the credit card. After I knew the truth, I mailed them to delete my account. Ticket Number[protected] Subject - Delete my dhani account. In reply they asked me to stop the active subscription which I've not activated. I've send screenshots of my app showing that no plan is activated. But they are repeating the same. Kindly do something needful.
