Indiabulls Dhani — Not sending NOC for the cleared loan even after 7 days

I P sharath Chandra have Cleared all my dhani one freedom card dues, i had foreclosed and cleared the loan. But the thing is they have not provided a NOC for the same. I have been sending mails one after other for which they are not least bothered to atleast revert. I am facing Problem with their moblie application there is no Information regarding Noc etc.. there is no response with email or phone cal.
