[Resolved] IndiaBulls — emi got debited twice | |||||
Dear sir... In december 2019.. An agent came to me to recover that months emi and i have transfered him through phonepe and on the same the day the emi got debited from my bank account too. I have asked the agent about this and he says he will transfer the amount now and then but its been 10days nearly and im not getting any amount. What should i do now and please take necessary action on the agent because i think he has used the amount which i have transfered.. My Loan amount is closed even though EMI had deducted from my account along with cheques bounce charges of 1100/- .what kind of service is this ..why should I suffer.I have to repay my another loan now who is responsible for that .

No one in the customer care are responding properly, when ever i am calling customer care simply saying to call again or else disconnecting the call, this is not fair it’s almost 12 days has completed but I didn’t got any solution …Dhani customer care service is disaster

One Month has over and no one solved my issue, and even customer care also not bothering about my issue ..the biggest mistake which I ever made is to believe the “Indian bulls-Dhani “ company.., deducted 10k from my account unnecessarily and making me follow up for the same..I was in continuous follow up for the refund but no one is responding . I am completely fed up with the organisation..can somebody guide me what to do ..

Thank q so much Neha.. really impressed towards your commitment.. Yes as discussed in the call, I received the refund amount which was deducted twice .. This credit goes to you only, I had complained in the various platforms but you was the only person responded towards my issue, actually I lost my belief and thought that I am not going to get my refund but finally I got it
