[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — House Loan No. HHLLKN00285653

My Home Loan No. HHLLKN00285653 is running in your bank and since the sanction of the loan amount regular EMI's have been paid.
PEMI on my loan amount is Rs 22998.74
and same has been regularly debited from my SBI saving bank account.
As per mail received from India bulls NACH has been registered for Rs 31178.60 against this loan due to which there is some problems in payment of my EMI's
Here I would like to inform you that as per agreement with India Bulls I had to pay 100 EMI of Rs 22998.74 and the remaining was to be paid by the builder and the builder has fully paid it's part to India Bulls.
Now why the nuisance is being created by India Bulls is not understandable.
Why my EMI is not regularly debited from my bank a/c and why my CIBIL and the CIBIL of my guarantors being destroyed by India bulls.
