Indiabulls Housing Finance — home loan/ hike my rate of interest in jan 2.6% | |
I was take a home loan for a 2bhk flat in year 2013 in supertech eco village 3. I was taking loan amount 1645603 ra at 10.25% rete of interest it was on floating point intrest. It fluctuate according to repo rate. But in month of jan repo rate down 0.25% but indiabulls hike my rate of interest 10.45 to directly 12.95%. Its very high. I have some pl @ 11%, how indiabulls hike 2.6% in a single time. I am still not getting my flat as well till today. I am paying rent and emi as well and indibulls hike my rate of intrest 12.95%. Its very unfair and difficult for me. I am going in deep depression because of indiabulls. Was this information helpful? | |
