[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Misleading /harassment/misbehaviour

Respected sir.this is complaint against indiabull dhani freedom card. I have taken membership of dhani card.they send me free card that is not activated on my app so its blocked on 27th may i have pay60 rupee postage fee.after wating 7 days i have complaint to support @ dhani.com.they send me closer mail.then i have send to [protected]@dhani.com.same they closed my mail.After that i have mail to nodal officer.they send me fake consginment number of blue dart.they are replying me mileading informations.and not providing me card.since thre month i am paying 200 rupee every minth unneccery.i hve list 3500 thousnd rupee.calling and mailing them till date they no proper answer.i call on 15 th september on 12pm call centre excutive misbehave me and arrogant replied.they are harashing me and sending me fake information.i request to you kindly take a legal action against the staff.
