[Resolved] IndiaBulls — not providing the list of documents almost 2 months - harassment | |||
Hi all, I took loan in nov 2012 in indiabulls with rate of interest 10.25% later its increased year by year now they are charging 13% for existing customers i decided to transfer my loan to other bank. I requested for foreclouser and list of documents on 12th dec 2018 till now they not even provided one document and called to customer care and visited branch they are least bother about customer service and saying there is audit going so file is in pending and monthly emi is deducting and interest is charging. Worst experience with indiabulls team and there policy. And one more factor that is i took the loan for 23lakhs and when i asked what is final amount for foreclosure amt asking mean same amount which i took, these many days they are taking the interest principal amt as it is. PLEASE BEWARE... INDIABULLS IS A BIGGEST SCAM...
INDIABULLS is the fraud and cheater company. I think it's not a company but it'a BIGGEST SCAM. Government have to take action against IndiaBulls. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.
I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. When i visited the branch many times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a proper reply and solution.
