[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Refund amount not credited | |
My self Ankit Chouhan, on 2nd September 2021 I purchased three item from amazon and payment was done through Indiabulls dhani app wallet, amount paid was 24391rs but due to faulty item one item worth rs22883 was returned and on 8th September amazon and refunded the amount with SOWAOBF20000KSM3PK4L and was told should reflect in the dhani wallet in 3-4 days as payment was through that get way. I called several times to coustomer care they will reflect soon, mailed several times, but due to poor service of the company I didn't got reply til now. Nov 19, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from company next and asked details about amount and they told that we had escalated your complaint, 4th day I got refund
