[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Transaction failed but they are still asking to pay the amount | |
I have tried paying 2199rs through dhani card to amazon on 12th june, which got cancelled . But they are still asking me to pay the amount, moreover they are adding the late fees to it. I have asked the amazon customer care and they have said to ask the bank to refund the amount as the transaction is not successful. But the dhani customer care is not responding. They are pathetic at customer service. Please check the details and clear the amount
