[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Unethical E Mandate Registered for Debit Card with No Service and No option to cancel | |||
Date of Incident - 23 Sep 2021 Indiabulls Dhani enrolled me for Super Saver card for a 5% cash back offer for a platinum plan of Rs. 350 per month. However, the money was debited, NACH E Mandate was created for recurring debits with my bank. On the name of service, they didn't even provided with Super saver card with 5% cash back but also took my money from bank and the same is scheduled for deduction every months via NACH E-mandate. Whenever i called customer care for resolution they kept disconnecting my call because they didn't had any answer, this is totally fraud. They don't even have any option in the mobile application to cancel the Supersaver card for which they have started to deduct my money. I have attached the screenshot for debit of money from my sbi account, the e-mandate registration and debit of 350 on my email. Also attached the screenshot of app where there is clearly mentioned cashback 0% and for that they charged me Rs. 350 which is scheduled on recurring basis, and i don't have any option to cancel that in the app. This is totally fraud to suck customer's money indefinitely. Desired resolution - I want my E-Mandate to be cancelled immediately so that further deductions can be stopped also, the refund of amount debited already. Was this information helpful? | |||
