IndiaCakes — Cake not delivered and amount not refunded too

Order num 610347

Placed a cake order from India cakes portal for the May26th but their team came back by saying below.

"Since delivery place is far from our center,

Extra delivery charge of Rs 250/- required.

we have sent you payment link on your mail id,

you can also make payment on below link"

So I told I dont need the cake and asked them to cancel the order.

Then I got so many emails to make the extra payment but I did not make.

I have sent them several emails but no response.

I tried calling the number on the website several times but no response.

0ls help me in getting my refund. I dont want them to credit it to the account as they will never deliver the cake.
