Hi,
On March 2, I ordered a cake from india cakes(order num:1727696) to be delivered on 5 March. On March 3 i got another mail telling me to send Rs 200 more to deliver that order, which is not acceptable as this was not mentioned at the time of the payment. Then I requested your support to cancel the order on that same day and refund the money to my account. I have waited and kept on calling your customer care and i get the same reply that i will receive a mail tomorrow. That tomorrow has not arrived till date. I want the refund ASAP to my bank account as the cancellation of the order is because of your poor customer service and I no longer require your services.
I'm extremely disappointed that I keep getting told the same thing over and over and my refund is still pending. I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK as soon as possible .
I would like an explanation AND my money back.
