I had ordered a bouquet for my Aunt who was unwell on 14 th November and made the payment on the same day.I was assured same day delivery and no delivery charges . The bouquet hasn't been delivered even on 15th November and now they are asking for delivery charges of 250 which is against the law.There has been no response on call or text from their end.The customer support is unresponsive.
