I have ordered cake worth Rs. 575. Paid money online. Neither delivered cake nor returned money. Waited till 10pm on 31st night. Spoiled time, also my plans. Need to file case as online fraud. Customer care is not even lifting phone. Action needs to be taken for such online fraud and my money to be returned back.
