This is really the worst service experience I have faced in my online delivery. I placed an order on 17th Oct and received mail asking extra ₹250 on 18th Oct because the delivery place is outside. Cake was still not delivered on the delivery date which was 24th October.
When I called on the 25th your customer service said that it was not delivered because 24th being Sunday and the shop was closed. I was surprised to hear the answer because people can have their b'day on Sunday. I was told that it would be delivered on the 25th within a few hours.
To my surprise it was not even delivered today and the reason I was told that it was far. I was also told that you people don't place orders until the delivery date so location won't be known. Then what those extra service charges are for?
Now I am getting a coupon for the amount (₹ 545 + ₹ 250) which will be valid for 1 year. Means you spoiled someone's b'day and now you are just giving a coupon for your worst service. Who would want to use those coupons for your pathetic services?? Is this some kind of scam where you keep collecting money and then offer coupons??
Also the customer care lady was so rude, rather than understanding the issue she was arguing over best services and disconnected the call.
I asked refund but they are not giving despite of no delivery. Was this information helpful? |
