IndiaCakes.com — Cake not delivered and amount didn't get refund

I ordered a cake friday 28th May 2021 morning from india cake and amount i paid online through gpay. My pincode is 624615. It is said by customer care of india cakes that order can be delivered for the pincode. Hence I placed the order.

Later I received a call from a dindigul cake vendor that an order can't be delivered as it is 60kms from my place. The order could have been delivered from palani cake vendor. But it is not done.

I need to cancel my order with order Number: 610480. I need my full refund amount.
