IndiaCakes.com — Cake not delivered and no refund

I ordered a cake on 7th June 2021 through this website. Next day, I got one mail asking for paying extra amount 250 rs which I paid.
As the cake was not delivered till next day i.e 9th June, I started contacting them. They were not responding to my mails and chats, and also continuously cutting my calls. At the end of the day, one person whom I contacted through chat informed me that my order is cancelled and will be refunded. After 2 days also, I didn't receive any confirmation/refund mail from their end. Again through numerous mails and calls, I got to know that the amount will be refunded as only coupon card.
Please do not order anything from this website.
