I placed an order for cake on 16th June and paid 1050 Rs which includes 250 Rs for immediate delivery and paid SGST + CGST charges as well.
No cake was delivered on 16th June and got a call and mail from India cakes that i have to 150Rs extra for delivery.
I spoke to their customer care executive, she informed me that order is processed and they cannot cancel it and i have to pay 150 Rs extra. I tried explaining her that cakes requested is for 16th June and the occasion for which I had ordered cake is already over and I do not need the cake anymore. if you cannot deliver the cake on the same day either you should not accept the order or atleast make a courtesy call to your customers to update the status of the order.
Do not fool your customers and steal money from them when you cannot provide the services you are promising for.
I called / mailed india cakes and I am feeling helpless. No support provided by them. Very very bad experience. Was this information helpful? |
