I requested for cake delivery on Mother`s day after confirmation from talk. Requested additional delivery charges. But still never delivered and no response when I call back put on hold. seriously very bad customer service and very unprofessional. they dont want to work and resolve customers issue rather they are ending the calls rudely by saying that we have already talked to you for 8 minutes. never place an order with indiacakes guys. seriously they are kidding with customers. Fern N Petals is the best we have in the country.
