IndiaCakes.com — Cake not delivered

I ordered a cake from India Cakes. At the time of ordering, there was no mention of extra delivery charges. A day before the deliver date, they reach out to me saying the delivery address is to far and I need to pay an additional Rs. 250 for them to be able to deliver. I dispute this saying this wasn't mentioned at the time of placing the order. They haven't replied to me since and neither did they deliver the cake.
