My order number is 363728 which is to be delivered on 1st October. But only the cake was delivered and not the chocolates and flowers. When contacted the customer service, they provided a new coupon for which I ordered cakes and flowers to be delivered on 11th of November.
502861 is the new order.I ordered the cakes on 11th November 2020. Until today I havent received the cakes/refund/coupon. When I write a mail, there is no response and when contact the customer service, they cut the call, block the number or dont provide proper information. VERY VERY POOR customer service. They dont even know to handle a customer. So far, only one female employee was good .. rest all are totally a negative mark for the company.
