I ordered a cake for my parents anniversary on 10th dec. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th. The payment was made but i didnt get any confirmation either through mail or sms. The customer support shared the order number the next day via their chat service. On the day of delivery, I get an sms asking for extra 250 for delivery. This was not told till the day of delivery even though I have contacted them multiple times to ensure the delivery on time. I contacted them and told them that it was not a fair practice to charge extra at the last moment and that I am not interested in their cake. I wanted a refund. I asked them to send the original order mail which they sent then. I mailed them asking for a refund. They never reverted back. Now they dont answer me on their chat service or customer call number also.
