IndiaCakes.com — Cake not delivered till now

I have ordered cake on 25th May 2021 for the same day delivery.They told me it will be delivered by 7pm, which was not.i tried calling them but there was no response.Tried calling next day, no response at all.Dropped mail and no response.After calling multiple times, they told it will deliver which was on 27th.i told to cancell order which dey didn't do.
Again called to check if they cancell, they say yes but no communication via mail nor message.
Finally they told coupon will be issued, I told I need amount refund for which they have even processed yet and no response to my email.

This is fraud site.i suggest people not to order from here.

I had a worst experience.
