With a very sad and unhappy feeling I need to register a complaint against your services for my order number 612047. Kindly take necessary actions for these

First of all I ordered a combo pack with a half kg Chocolate photo cake with priority delivery charges all together, but later I received an email stating to pay for additional delivery charges (100 INR which I have paid).
One day earlier I received another email stating to pay an additional (1000 INR) as the vendor supplies only One KG cake rather than half a KG, which was also paid.

But the delivery was a totally different version of cake with no combo flowers.
