I ordered blackforest half kg cake for 490 Rupees and they confirmedmy order, after one day of ordering they asked me to pay 250 Rupees as delivery is far from location. I told them I don't want to proceed as this was not informed to me while ordering. They ignored my email and kept sending me email notification to pay 250 Rupees. Until I contacted customer support who told me that my order is cancelled and I get coupon for that amount. I asked for refund as I don't want to order or keep my money with them while they definitely seem to have problems with any order they take. I did not get any response yet.
