Hi Team,
I ordered a cake and flowers yesterday morning and it was showing same day delivery. Then I came to know at night from the recipient that they have not received the cake and flowers. I tried calling the customer care. But the call was not answered saying that I called after office hours, on Sunday.
I wrote a mail yesterday. There was no response.
I called at 3.40 pm, the customer care executive responded that there was delay in receipt of the payment so cake could not be delivered yesterday. If I wish it can be ordered today. Though I was not aware about the delay in the payment as it was deducted the moment I placed the order, I said them to deliver it today.
Then I received a mail for extra payment as delivery charges. It is so disgusting. This was not told at the time of placing the order. Also there is no communication even about the delay from the IndiaCakes.com. The executive responded very badly and blamed me that I shouted at her.
I have cancelled my order. I do not know whether I will receive my refund or not.
