IndiaCakes.com — Delivery cancelled on end time and not refund

I am Chandrakumar from 23BN SSB Lalpool, Assam. As I am from outskirts area I had confirmed 10days before my order place at that time they promise me that u will get on time so ordered the cake for birthday party before 1 day of the delivery and also paid at that time after some time I received SMS to pay 150 more so I paid that also on the morning n again confirmed to the staff at that time she also told me that I will get on time.But in the evening when I didn't receive that cakes I call but they said that I will get within 30min after 30min again I call at that time he said that they can't delivery because the delivery area is in outskirts area. And told me that they will send email for refund but I don't found any mail. Already ruined the special day of someone's which comes once in a year and after that no response for refund is so disgusting. Kindly do the needful for the refund. And lastly I want to say that don't ruin someone's special day by your negligency service or fraud.
