IndiaCakes.com — Did not get delivery of order on time

I have ordered a cake but did not get delivery of order on time and also been charged twice for delivery charges ...once when made order and again by another mail regarding the same... My order no is 1736944 and again I got another order no which was 1736945. And when I had chat with customer care representative ..they told it would be delivered before 7 pm... But it did not... So I want to cancel my order and want my money back. Highly disappointed by your service .
