I placed an order (ID -612201) of cake for my friend. They didn’t receive it yet. I am calling customer care several times but there was no answer. Is this the way you satisfy your customer. I paid full amount after that you ppl charged for shipping charges. That also paid by me. But still now I am not getting updates. Getting money from the customer is main job of yours. Then, what about order. Do u have any transparency in your service. Really disappointed. If I didn’t receive my order today I will take further action. Was this information helpful? |
