IndiaCakes.com — Extra charges for every order

I first order on 6th January order no: 1723457. But they request extra delivery charges of 150 Rs. Hence i cancelled and they provide only Coupon code as refund.

Again order on 19th March for another city and the delivery address is centre of the city. They did ask Rs. 150 charges saying their center is Far. When i inform them i will collect personally they refuse to share the address and insist to pay extra.

The same thing happens last year two times and they make this as regular practice to charge extra. As i was new to order with them i thought the delivery address i really far.

It looks like they are cheating the customer with every order.
