Ordered a cake from Indiacakes on 24th Apr 2021 with order number 606771. The cake was supposed to be delivered on 29th Apr. On 25th Apr, I received email from Indiacakes with payment link asking for additional payment for 200 INR as delivery location as far.
I spoke to customer care and confirmed that the order will get delivered if additional charges are paid. I made payment accordingly. However I never received confirmation or acknowledgment for the payment. Also I never received cake despite patiently waiting until 30th Apr.
Not to mention the mental stress I was going through as I relied on them to get delivery, I could have done other arrangements otherwise. It was big disappointment. I tried getting in touch with customer care[protected], +[protected] and through email - [protected]@indiacakes.co.in ) however they are giving excuses, or not responding most of the time and informing me that they will issue me a coupon for the order, instead of money. This is pure harassment. But as of today (18 May 2021) I have not received any refund nor communication if my refund status.
May I please request to get refund to my back account as I have paid using net banking as this is the second time they are not delivering and issuing coupons and I am unable to get my money back.
