IndiaCakes.com — Fraud while placing order

Order placed for a cake costing rs 490. Free delivery was mentioned. Once the order was placed and payment was done. They send next message pay 700 for delivery. It was not mentioned during the time of payment. I refused for it. I approached their customer care support there is no proper response. I have mailed them there is no response. This fraud they are doing to many customers.
