Indiacakes.com is a online site for fooling people telling that deliver to 2000 cities. My order no is 504457. I'm terribly disappointed with the service they also messed up the birthday day surprise by not delivering the cake on the date which I ordered on 4th Dec 2020 and delivery date on 14th Dec. I had a chat with customer service 14th afternoon itself with Swetha. She confirmed before 7pm the delivery time. next day I chat with customer care, they informed me that the delivery will be today. NO CONCERNS FROM YOUR SIDE WHEN UNABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER AND MADE THE OCCASION UPSET. Was this information helpful? | |
