IndiaCakes.com — indiacakes.com non delivery of cake and no refund

I have ordered a birthday cake and bouquet on 20th august 2019 with indiacake.com for rs.765/- with free delivery option for delivery vide order no.330754. The payment made through net banking.
But on the day of delivery, suddenly
I received an e-mail from india cakes asking me to pay rs.200/- extra for delivery and no delievry of bouquet as well.

I replied to cancel the order as it was partial delivery of my item even if i pay for 200 for delivery fee. Till date i have not received my refund and sales executives are disconnecting my call with no proper revert.

I ordered cake for 6/10 today 7/10 till now cake not received but they will received cash from me prepaid...i paid xtra 250 for delivery within a hour i ordered sterday till now no response no delivery... I need refund of paid 795. Actual its my son birthday sterday im out of station so i planned to order here but they totally cheated me

India cakes is cheating all the customer..please take any action from that website
