IndiaCakes.com — Not cancelling order

I have ordered cake from website on 21st July 2022. An amount of Rs572 was deducted through phone pe. After few hrs they sent an email to transfer Rs 275 for delivery charges. I refused to that amount as it's not mentioned in the site.
I sent an email to cancel my order. It's been 19 days no response. I called n sent email also, they said they sent a coupon code on 1st August 2022.
I want my order to be cancelled n a refund of Rs 572 to be initiated to my account. I'm sending screenshots of sent email from India cakes. I don't want any offers or cakes from that website. Plz help me solving this problem.
