IndiaCakes.com — Not cancelling order, not refunding amount

I ordered cake on 21st July 2022. Amount of Rs572 transferred to India cakes. After few hrs they sent an email to pay extra Rs275 for delivery charges. I refused to pay n asked to cancel my order.
I sent an email to cancel n also spoke to customer care. They finally sent coupon code on August 1st I don't understand what an I supposed to do with that code. I don't want any offers or any cakes from that website. Plz help in resolving the problem. I want a confirmation email from India cakes that my order was cancelled n an amount of Rs572 initiated to my account.
