IndiaCakes.com — Not delivered

I ordered cake on 4th August2022. Amount of Rs576 transferred to India cakes. On delivery date 14 August they sent an email to pay extra Rs275 for delivery charges. I refused to pay n asked to cancel my order. My order number is 1736914.
There is no option of cancellation and on delivery date cancellation there will not not refund any money. Please help in resolving the problem. I want a confirmation email from India cakes that my order was cancelled n an amount of Rs572 initiated to my account.
