Good day I have Ordered cake and flowers via online and paid online total sum of Rs 2005 on 03/04/2022 including delivery charges. The delivery supposed to be in 04/04/2022. The company changed some extra amount for as soon as possible delivery and extra delivery charges as well . But the products has not been delivered till 05/04/2022 4pm . Contacted customer care via given number[protected] many times . They simply abusing and disconnecting call when I asking for updates . I feel it’s a online scam company which not delivering products and cheating the customers . Many online reviews says it’s a fraudulent company too. Kindly take a proper action to stop this company to continue to do the Bussiness and compensate my loss of money and time as well.
