IndiaCakes.com — Order 610735 not delivered item and not refund Rs.1400 Money

I have ordered a cake worth of Rs.1300 and additional Rs.100 for far away distance delivery. I have paid around totally Rs.1400 but not received the item. can you please cancel my order and refund full of my money back.
