I order a cake order from the website. While placing the order, I had put Pincode and they never revealed during the order process that additional delivery charges would be applicable for the order.

After making the payment, I received a link to pay more Rs. 275 which was unfair as the same should have been declared before placing the order as they knew my pincode. SInce the delivery chrges was approx 40% of the product cost, hence I asked them to cancel the order. Now they have canceled the order but not issuing the refund. also not responding to the mail.
