Dear Sir/madam,
I have ordered the cake on 10.04.2023 (Time 12.19.05 Pm). After placing my order and paid my money through UPI Rs.997.50. i got an email about that Thanks for the order. Since delivery is far from our center and asked extra delivery charge Rs. 275 and shared the link. http://rzp.io/i/K7ODYz8u. But i regret and not paid the money. Because the Total cost i feel too high. Immediately i called to the customer care number [protected] and cancelled my order. They said my order is cancelled and you will get refund amount within 24 hours. Also i sent an email to cancel the order for record purposes (Time 01.02 Pm) from my gmail id :- [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@indiacakes.com. Today date is 13.04.2023. So far the amount is not credited to my account. I am following through email [protected]@indiacakes.com for past 4 days and requested many times to ask my money through phone and email and Chat box . Still they are saying Receiver Refuses the order when delivery person reach the location. Order will be treated as delivered so no refund will be done. This is too fraud. without i am paying extra transport charge how they will deliver the cake to the Receiver address. Receiver is my father only and given the same mobile number [protected]. They are not delivered the cake. Please take necessary action and refund my money as soon as possible.
