Worst & horrible experience!!
Before placing an order on 31st jan 2020, i have called and had a chat with indiacakes on the exact location of receiver.
They agreed to deliver the cake (Rich chocolate truffle cake) on the location which i've told to them. I've made payment of 590/- rs. For the cake. It was already high for the 500 gm cake but i thought it would be from good bakery and the quality and
After a few of the hours of placing an order, they called & emailed me for extra delivery charge 150/- rs which they didn't inform prior to placing an order.
I have asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount but they denied that they will only give coupon as refund not the money.
There wasn't any option left with me as i didn't have any occasion in queue and i again didn't want to be trapped in this website.
Hence i agreed to pay the delivery charge 150/-. So i paid 740/- rs for the cake (Rick chocolate truffle cake).
The cake was arrived there but when i saw the cake it was totally the different cake. It wasn't even truffle cake forget about the rich chocolate truffle cake.
I called them multiple times since then and emailed them photographs as well but they are not ready to take the complaint. I asked them to contact the shop/vendor who has prepared the cake as those will be the right people to tell the flavor of the cake.
See this, i've paid 740/- for the wrong cake.
They're making fun of customers. Their customer care executives are the worst people i've ever talked to. They once have listened the issue and then whenever i'm calling they just keep the phone on mute and cut the call after a few of the minutes. They tell us the rubbish explanation that we have ordered the fresh cake and it's chocolate cake.
They don't understand the difference between cakes and don't make any sense in any of their conversation.
I have emailed them all the information but they don't even care to reply and don't even listen customer's problem.
They just reply with the same message every single time.
I asked them to forward this issue to their supervisor but they didn't do that as well.
The decoration was the worst, the cake was from unknown bakery and the main thing is "it was a different cake".
After having this issues, when i googled the reviews of indiacakes and saw that a lot of people have faced these or the other kind of issues with indiacakes.
This is unacceptable as they don't value their customer's time, money and the trust that has been kept on them by us.
I want them to understand this issue and revert back with the solution.
