I placed an order online for Mothers day yesterday and the item was not delivered at all. They don't even pickup the call and talk to us. The moment, I talked about the complaint, they hung up on me. This happened for almost 6 times. very disappointing. The payment is already gone from my account. On top of it, after the order is placed and the payment is deducted, at times, they will put your order on hold and send an email on the additional payments, "Stating that the address is too far and we need Rs. 250 for delivery".
